  I have ordered from this location before and have had a great experience; however, this time it was horrible! My order was sent and estimated a 31-41 minute delivery time. I tracked my pizza (because I'm a fat kid, ha!) and it got started and checked for quality within a sufficient amount of time. It was quality checked at 7:13 pm; however it didn't leave for delivery until well after that time. It wasn't until about 8:10 that I received my pizza. That is almost an entire hour after it had been ready or delivery! Normally, I wouldn't complain, but it was cold upon deliver, as you can imagine. The pizza was lack luster to say the least. I waited well over the given 31-41 minute allotted time after placing my order to enjoy cold, stale pizza. I am very disappointed, and regret spending the $15+ tip (I always tip no matter what, they work hard for their money). The older gentleman that was the driver was very sweet and apologetic for the long wait; therefore, I am giving it two stars or I would just rate it a one star. I totally get it that it is busy on a Friday night, but don't let my pizza sit there for 40 minutes and get cold before you deliver- ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER CAN TRACK THE PROGRESS! Hope y'all got it better for other customers tonight!
