  I have never given a bad review; however I am compelled to do so now. Our attentive and very personable waitress was the only positive take away from dinner. First off, the home made white bread served was just that and not Italian. I didn't order the house tomato basil dressing with my salad that my wife did which she stated was just okay, but the ranch dressing I ordered tasted just like the butter milk of which all it was. My wife's lasagna was served cold, an unpalatable dish missing just about three of the supposed to have been four layers. My "filet" arrived as a fatty ribeye instead and not a very good one. All in all it was a very very disappointing experience. I tipped the waitress 20% since she attended us in a most pleasant manner, and for having to serve such fare with a smile.

  I LOVE the food at this quaint little Italian restaurant, however, I have been less than impressed with their customer service. At one point, I attempted to reach out to them for catering needs for a corporate event, but they were so rude on the phone, I actually opted to go with Olive Garden. Today I dined there for lunch and the sweet tea was EXTREMELY sweet so I asked for a glass of unsweet tea to mix it with. The server was less than polite about it. He barely came by our table after that. When it was time to go, another server asked if we wanted to-go boxes. When our original server came back to collect our payment method, I asked if I could have a to-go cup of sweet tea. He turned and walked away....I tried to get his attention to ask for 1/2 and 1/2 (due to sweetness) and he put his hand up at me as if to shhhh me as in saying "yeah yeah, I got it" and continued walking away. I literally had to holler across the restaurant to inform him of my complete request. He rolled his eyes and came back a little closer to listen briefly, then walked away super rude. If you are going to work in the customer service industry, serving people, then you should maintain a level of courtesy. This might be the last visit to this restaurant for me.
