The building itself is absolutely stunning, servers ("gauchos") are extremely fast, and they remember your preferences. The warm cheese rolls that come out to your table are incredible. The salad bar has many options, far beyond salad. The desserts are very good. The place is very noisy. Sounds very crowded but isn't, there is actually a great deal of space between tables.
The seasoning of the meat is excellent. Personally, we did not love the flavor of the meat itself, but I think we are just used to higher quality cuts of meat.August 09, 2016
